Ingredients

  • MILKMAID - 1 small tin
  • Gelatin unflavored - 10g
  • Cold water - 1 cup
  • Light cream - 2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp.

Let’s make it

1)Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water and dissolve over a pan of hot water.

2)Mix in all remaining ingredients blend well. Turn into a baking pan freeze to a firm mush (approx. 1 hour). Break into pieces and beat until smooth. Return to pan cover with foil and freeze until firm
3)Serve with hot fudge sauce or caramel sauce.
