Tomorrow’s curfew time amended!

The time of island-wide curfew, which was scheduled for tomorrow, was amended, the President's Media Division said.

They said the islandwide curfew will be from 11.00 PM today till 5.00 AM tomorrow, the President's Media Division said.

The curfew was imposed in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Public Security Ordinance.

Accordingly, no person is allowed on any public road, railway, public park, public recreation ground, or other public ground or the seashore, except under the authority of a written permit granted by an authorised officer.
