 ⚓️ A huge thank you to the amazing Barge East team for hosting me on Friday.

🥒 With sustainability as their core mission, it was great to hear their story - I even got to try some delicious food cooked using locally sourced ingredients or taken from their garden.

🌊 They have been moored in the Olympic Park since 2018 after sailing the 125-year-old Dutch barge across the North Sea.
