பெண்களினை அரசியலில் பங்காளிகளாக்கி அவர்களினை வலுவூட்டல்கள்!! 📷

ஜெசாக் நிறுவனமானது USAID - SDGAP நிறுவனத்தின் நிதிப்பங்களிப்புடன் பெண்களினை அரசியலில் பங்காளிகளாக்கி அவர்களினை வலுவூட்டுகின்ற செயற்பாடுகளினை கடந்த  2018ம் ஆண்டின் ஆரம்பத்திலிருந்து யாழ்ப்பாணம், கிளிநொச்சி, முல்லைத்தீவு, மன்னார், வவுனியா ஆகிய ஜந்து மாவட்டங்களில் மேற்கொண்டு வந்திருந்தது.

இதில் மாவட்ட ரீதியாக 25 அரசியலில் ஆர்வமுள்ள செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டு மொத்தமாக ஜந்து மாவட்டங்களில் 125 செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் கடந்த ஒரு வருடமாக அவர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவம், சட்டங்கள், சமூக அணிதிரட்டல், ஊடகங்கள் தொடர்பான பயிற்சிகள் துறைசார்ந்த வளவாளர்களினால் வழங்கப்பட்டு வலுவூட்டப்பட்டார்கள்.
இவ்வாறு வலுவூட்டப்பட்ட பெண்கள், பெண்கள் அரசியலில் பங்கேற்பதன் முக்கியத்துவத்தினை சமூகத்திற்கு விழிப்புணர்வூட்டி வருவதுடன் சமூக செயற்பாடுகளிலும் தங்களினை அர்ப்பணித்து வருகின்றார்கள்.
இவ்வாறான செயற்பாட்டாளர்களுடைய அரசியல் ஊக்கப்படுத்தலுடான கருத்துக்கள் இங்கு பகிரப்படுகின்றது.

JSAC has been implemented the project  " Creating a platform for fair and accountable political representation in Sri Lanka by involving women in politics" in the Northern Districts with the funding of USAID - SDGAP in 2018.
125 potential women leaders, 25 in each district of Northern province were selected and empowered them through various training such as: presentation and public speaking skill, women leadership, team building, community political mobilization,  Media and networking, negotiation skills, importance of civic education, accountability and documentation which as the key sectors they need to be specialized.
These trained women are actively engaging in community development activities and sharing their knowledge on importance of women in politics with the other women in the community and empower them.
