103 year old woman is oldest coronavirus survivor!

A 103-year-old woman from the most affected Chinese province of Wuhan has become the oldest person to recover from the dangerous coronavirus. Zhang Guangfen is reported to have recovered from Coronavirus after she had got treatment for only six days in a hospital located in Wuhan.


It has been said by her doctor Zeng Yulan to media that the 103 year old woman had recovered because she did not have any other serious health conditions barring chronic bronchitis. Zhang was diagnosed positive for Coronavirus at the Liyuan Hospital, Tongji Medical College in Wuhan on March 1.

Videos of Zhang being escorted out of the hospital to an ambulance by medical workers has turned viral. Due to comorbidity, Older people with existing medical conditions are prone to develop severe coronavirus symptoms.Zhang is now the oldest person to recover from Coronavirus. Previously, a 101-year-old man also recovered in Wuhan.
