Gampaha stays on top, Kalutara placed second: NOCPCO

 

With a total number of 2,361 COVID positive cases reported on Monday, Gampaha recorded the highest number of 362 among other districts, the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

Kalutara recorded 339 and placed second and Colombo with 330 as the third density among the recorded COVID positive cases, the centre reported.

Meanwhile, 322 cases in Ratnapura, 194 in Kandy and 104 in Kurunegala were reported, the NOCPCO said.
