பொதுவாக நாங்கள் எல்லாருமே எம்மை அறியாமலே இயற்கையை நேசித்துக் கொண்டுதானிருக்கின்றோம்.இயந்திரவாழ்தலை தொலைத்து இயற்கையிடம் மண்டியிட்டு இறைஞ்சி நிற்கின்றோம்.
பசுமையோடும் ஆரோக்கியத்தோடும் வாழ எம்மால் செய்யக்கூடிய வகையில் ப்ரயத்தனங்களையும் எடுத்தும் கொள்கின்றோம்.
இப்ப்ரபஞ்சம் தானாகவே உணரவைக்கும் மாயாஜாலங்களையும், அழகான தருணங்களையும் வெளிப்படையாக உணர்த்தி நிற்கின்ற போது வாயடைத்துப்போகின்றோம். இவ்வாறாக பல திரட்சி ஆதங்கங்களின் களச்செயற்பாடாக உருமாறி
காலத்தின் தேவை கருதி பசுமைச்சுவடுகள் அமைப்பினூடாக சூழலியல் சார்ந்த தேவைப்பாடுகள், இயற்கையோடு ஒன்றி வாழுதல்,
அனைவரும் எதிர்நோக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு பிரச்சினைகளையும் சுய மாற்றங்களாய் ஏற்படுத்தி சமூக மாற்றங்களாக அவற்றை கொண்டு செல்லப்பட வேண்டியதான விடயங்களை தெளிவுபடுத்தி வருகின்றோம். இதனடிப்படையில், நேற்று மாலை (10/03/2019) மக்களோடு மக்களாய் ஒன்றிணைந்து பருத்தித்துறை முனை கடற்கரையில் துப்பரவாக்கல் பணியொன்றோடு கலந்துரையாடல் ஒன்றையும் மேற்கொண்டிருந்தோம்.
ஆரம்பத்தில் ஆறு ஏழு பேராக இருந்த கடற்கரையோரம் நான்குமணி தாண்ட கொஞ்சம் கலகலக்க தொடங்கியது. ஒவ்வொருவரும் தமக்கான ஓர் ஆத்மார்த்த கடமையாக நினைத்து மிகப்பெரும் அமைதியோடு சுற்றியிருந்த பகுதிகளில் காணப்பட்ட நெகிழிப்பைகள், போத்தல்களின் மூடிகள், பற்தூரிகைகள், உடைந்து நொருங்கிய படகுகளின் பாகங்கள், குளிர்களி குவளைகள் கரண்டிகள் என முடிந்தளவு சேர்த்திருந்தனர். அப்பேரமைதியில் திரட்டப்பட்ட அத்தனை வேண்டாத பொருட்களும் ஏற்கனவே திட்டமிட்டிருந்ததன் படி அழைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பருத்தித்துறை நகர சபைக்கான குப்பை வண்டியில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு அகற்றப்பட்டன. நேற்றைய இச்செயற்பாட்டின் முழுமையை J/403 பிரதேசத்தின் மகளீர் சங்கத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் உணரவைத்திருந்தார்கள். சமூக மாற்றமொன்றின் ஆரம்ப புள்ளியாக தம்மை சுற்றி இருக்கும் சிறு கடைகளுக்கு நெகிழி உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டு விற்பனையாகும் பொருட்கள் பற்றிய தீமைகள் குறித்து பேசுவதாகவும், சடுதியான அதற்கான மாற்றீடாக இந்த மாத இறுதியில் இடம்பெறும் மகளீர்சங்க கூட்டத்தில் ஆலோசிக்கப்பட்டு கடதாசிப்பைகள் தாமே தயாரித்து விநியோகிக்கும் வாக்குறுதியொன்றையும் தாமாகவே வழங்கியிருந்தனர்.
இதற்கிடையில் இறுதியாய், கழிவுகள் அகற்றப்பட்ட பின் கடற்கரை மணலோடு ஐக்கியமாகி உரையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்த அதேகணத்தில் தன் பிஞ்சுக்கரங்களால் மேலும் ஒவ்வாத பொருட்களை அள்ளிவந்து சிறு குவியலாக்கி, யாருக்காக ஏற்பாடு செய்தோமோ அதற்கான திருப்தியொன்றையும் உளமகிழ்வையும் தந்திருந்த அச்சிறுவனும் எமது அடுத்த நகர்வுகளிற்கான அத்திவாரம். வெம்மையில் காய்ந்திருத்த தொண்டைக்குழிக்குள் மிக இதமாய் இறங்கிய இஞ்சிதேநீர் நிகழ்வை இன்னும் தித்திப்பாக்கியிருந்தது. இவ்வாறாக அனைவரின் ஒத்துழைப்போடும், ஆரோக்கியமான உரையாடலோடும் சிறந்ததோர் செயற்பாடாக பருத்தித்துறை முனை பகுதியில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட இந்நிகழ்வு அமைந்திருந்தது.
சுய மாற்றங்களின் மூலம் சிறந்ததோர் சூழலை உருவாக்குவோம்.

We all love and enjoy nature whether we are aware of it or not. We want to escape from this robotic, routine lifestyles into a more natural green and more satisfying life. We do all that we could to have a healthy and happy life. We're rendered speechless by the magical moments and feelings this universe let's us experience. All these strong emotions, transform within us and takes us to a physiological state that views all individual urges as a communal need which compels us bring a change in the community. Thus we are inducing change by awareness. We organized a beach cleanup followed up by a discussion on the last Sunday (10/03/2019).
Even though only a few participants showed up in the beginning. The numbers started to grow as the time went by, each and everyone involved did their part considering this as one of their own duties. In that vast, sand filled plain, all thrown slippers, plastics, bottle caps and more environmentally harmful elements were collected, and given to the Point Pedro urban council as planned. The women's organization of j/403 helped immensely on the completion of yesterday's activities. As the initial step on to the path of total eco friendly community change, the women's organization promised to educate the retail shops on the dangers of plastic use and and provide an immediate alternative to plastics after the next meeting of their organization.
The sight of the child in the middle of all doing his part to better the world that he'll live in the future gave us a clear perspective to why we are doin this and served as a foundation and a reason for the need of the next activity like this. In the summary this event turned out to be a healthy conversation of the preservation of nature and an example of the change that a community can result.
